Clean Out Process

To start the Clean Out Users process, select this feature from the “Other Actions” menu at the top left of the Administration page.

If there are any inactive users in your configuration, you will be shown a list of users that can potentially be removed. For each user, you can see why this user can be removed in the “Reason” column. By default, all users are selected for deletion in the “Delete” column, but you can uncheck users you’d like to keep in the system as required. You can also download the list to a CSV file in case you need to consult other internal stakeholders regarding this list.

Once you’re happy with the list of users you’d like to delete, click the “Delete” button at the bottom right. It’s important to note that this bulk removal of users cannot be undone, so be sure you really want to remove all of the users selected before you click the “Delete” button.
