Is Indji Watch a yearly subscription?
Yes. Indji Watch is billed annually each year based on when your account was activated. So if you signed a contract and started your subscription on March 3, your subscription would renew each year on that date.

Do I have to make changes to my current subscription?
No. Your Account Manager will be in touch with you in advance of your renewal to discuss advantages of the different subscription tiers and how they relate to your current agreement.

Do I have to wait until my subscription renewal to add new features or change my tier?
No. In most cases you can make changes during your subscription cycle. In cases where there is a multi-year purchase order in place, your Account Manager can recommend the best options.

Is it easy to add an additional feature to my subscription?
Yes. Your Account Manager can evaluate your needs and walk you through the best pricing and feature options.

Are the subscription tiers available outside of North America?
Not at this moment. Currently several of the features included are only available in North America. This is usually due to the availability of a certain data source.
